We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or representation. Our services are limited to preparing legal documents based on information provided by the client.

Confidentiality

We take confidentiality very seriously. All client information is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with anyone outside our organization without your consent. However, we reserve the right to disclose any information if we are required to do so by law.

Payment

Our fees are based on the services provided and are due in full at the time of service. We accept payment via cash, check, or credit card. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time, but will always provide notice before implementing any changes.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for services provided. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time for any reason. If we do so, we will refund any unused portion of the fees paid.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
