Hi there!
My name is Jelly. Yes, you read that right. You can call me Jelly. I am the owner and Paralegal here at Florida's Paralegal, and I can't wait to meet and work with you! I have been navigating the legal system since 1998! I have invested all my skills and passion into my business which is devoted to helping you.
I come from a very close knit family and I have a daughter who recently graduated from college. I have servicemen in my family as well, and honor and hold a special place in my heart for all those who serve our country.
I consider myself to be a researcher at heart which means I dig very deep to obtain all information necessary in order to achieve results. I am efficient in time management because time is a very precious commodity; something I learned early on while maintaining a home with a child and simultaneously achieving my College Degree while navigating through various work schedules along the way. I also consider myself resolute. Meaning, I have worked very hard to make it to where I am now.

About My Business
As long as I can remember, I have always had a heart to help those in need. These feelings cultivated my determination to rise above any challenges set before me as I began my career in 1998 answering phones as a receptionist in a Personal Injury Firm.
At the time, being recently divorced, with a toddler and bills I could not keep up with, life obligated me to take this position. I realized quickly this field was indeed going to be my career. So, I started my journey despite very real struggles that attempted to derail my hopes and dreams.
These challenges emboldened my commitment to make a real difference in the lives of those Americans struggling everyday just like myself. I knew God had placed me in a position to positively impact the lives of so many. Being a single mom and a minority, those struggles only served as a daily dose of reality that I needed to really "DIG IN" to make a name for myself.
Throughout the years, I moonlighted as an Independent Paralegal to make ends meet as I also focused on raising my daughter. I learned and discovered so much about this profession as I planned and prepared for success. Quickly I felt a deep-rooted passion of owning my own business.
Looking back with fondness & gratitude, I realized that living the "American Dream" was entirely within my grasp. Someone once said "We all need a helping hand..." And I have seen firsthand how authentically true this is.
